The single biggest reason claims get denied: "this damage was pre-existing."
We solve that. Submit your address. We pull and store time-stamped aerial imagery of your roof now — before the next storm. When hail hits and your insurer asks the inevitable question, you have evidence.
Your photos. Owned by you. Hosted by us. No login required to retrieve. No marketing list. The vault is a public service — we built it because most homeowners don't realize they need it until it's too late.
Why this matters
The case for pre-storm evidence.
The denial pattern.
When you file a hail claim, your carrier sends an adjuster. The adjuster's job is to identify storm-cause damage and exclude pre-existing wear. Without time-stamped pre-storm photos, the call is theirs. Often it goes against you.
What homeowners do today.
Almost nothing. Most homeowners don't think to document their roof until after the storm — at which point any photo they take could include damage and gets dismissed. The window to gather pre-storm evidence is the calm period between events. That's now.
What the vault does.
We capture aerial imagery of your roof from licensed providers (EagleView, Nearmap, satellite archives) on the day you sign up, time-stamped, and store it in your own retrieval folder. When you need it, you pull it. We never use it for anything else.
The example we keep telling
Frisco, June 2025. State Farm denied the first claim. Pre-storm photos overturned it.
A Frisco homeowner filed a hail claim after the June 1 2025 event. Their adjuster came out, photographed the roof, and denied the claim citing "pre-existing wear, not consistent with single hail event."
The roof was 11 years old. The shingles had natural granule loss. The damage from June 1 looked similar enough that without comparison evidence, the adjuster's reading was technically defensible.
The homeowner had filed for the vault in March 2025. We pulled the time-stamped imagery. Side-by-side comparison showed 47 distinct new impact points on the same shingles between March and June.
State Farm reversed the denial. Approved replacement. The homeowner paid their deductible and nothing else.
