Started doing roofs in 2009 in San Antonio, moved to DFW in 2014 after the Wylie hailstorm. Walks every roof himself.
Sam was driving back from a job in San Antonio when the news came on. By the next morning, he was on a roof in Wylie. Twelve years later, we're still here, and most of the trucks that showed up that week aren't.
One: a roof is the most expensive thing on your house and the thing you think about least, until you have to think about it a lot, all at once, usually under stress.
Two: the roofing industry runs on storm cycles. After a hailstorm, the trucks come fast. Most don't live in Texas. They book the easy claims, take the insurance check, and leave town when the work gets complicated.
Three: we wanted to build the opposite of that. A small crew, in one zip code box, that you can call again in five years and the same person will answer.
That's it. We're not changing the roofing industry. We're trying to be the version of a roofing company that one of us would want our parents to call.

The crew
We don't subcontract. The person who measured your roof is on the roof installing it. Three of us are pictured below; two are crew members who'd rather not be on a website.

Customer voice
"We had three roofers come look after the May hailstorm. Linecrew was the only one who explained what they actually saw versus what insurance would pay for. No pressure. Took five days from call to install."

Frisco · State Farm claim
"Sam came out on a Tuesday, walked the roof for forty minutes, then sat at our kitchen table and walked us through what was real damage versus normal wear. He's the first roofer who didn't try to upsell us during a free inspection."

Plano · Allstate claim
"After the 2025 hailstorm we got fourteen flyers and six door-knocks in one week. Linecrew was a referral from our neighbor. They were already in our zip code. Not chasing, just working."
Brian K.
McKinney · Liberty Mutual
"I needed a small repair, not a full replacement. Three other roofers tried to sell me a new roof. Linecrew came out, fixed the flashing in an afternoon for $340, said my roof has another seven years easy. They saved me $18,000."
Hank T.
Richardson · cash repair
"We were hesitant after our last roofing disaster. Linecrew sent the same crew lead, Sam, on the inspection AND the install. Same guy. He knew our specific roof. That alone was worth the slightly higher quote."
Priya S.
Allen · USAA claim
"What I appreciated: zero pressure, zero urgency, zero salesperson energy. They gave us a quote, said take your time, didn't follow up for a week. We picked them."
